University of Maine at Farmington Upends Rivier 7-0
Nashua, NH – The University of Maine at Farmington field hockey team jumped all over Rivier College early as the first goal was scored just 3 minutes into the game. The goal turned out to be the game winner as Farmington took a 5-0 lead into half time and ended the day with a 7-0 victory.

Eagles Breeze By Raiders
Bangor, ME Husson University downed Rivier College 8-1 in North Atlantic Conference action for their second NAC win in as many days. The Eagles dominated the game with Kasja Blindow and Jill Morin scoring two goals apiece and Helen Berry tallying 4 assists on the win. Husson improves to 4-4 (2-1 NAC) while Rivier falls to 1-7 (2-0 NAC).

Raiders Are Thinking Pink For A Cure
Nashua, NH - October is breast cancer awareness month and the Rivier College Raider are doing their part to help the cause. Throughout the month each Raider team, men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball and field hockey, will be hosting a think pink event to help raise money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the largest breast cancer research organization in the country.

Daniel Webster Tops Rivier, 5-1 In Intracity Clash
Nashua, N.H. Junior Natalie Bates (N. Kingstown, R.I.) netted two goals and two assists while rookie Sierra Ackerman (Saratoga, Cal.) added a goal and assist guiding host Daniel Webster past Rivier, 5-1 in a matchup of field hockey intracity rivals Thursday in a game played at Riviers Raider Field.

Regis' Ferry Tallies Two Goals in Battle with Rivier College
WESTON, Mass.Regis College (3-6, 1-2 TCCC) battled the rainy conditions to post a 3-1 non-conference win over Rivier College (1-5) in field hockey Tuesday. Riviers Kristen Tyler (Thornton, N.H./Plymouth Regional) and Regis Torie Pappas (Niantic, Conn./East Lyme) scored the first goals for their respective programs.

CHICOPEE, Mass. Elms College sophomore goalkeeper Alexandra Bonavita (Agawam, Mass.) collected 17 saves, but a pair of first half goals by Rivier College paced the Raiders to a hard-fought 2-0 victory over the Blazers in Saturday afternoon's non-conference field hockey contest at Leary Field.

Nashua, NH - The Rivier College Raiders Field Hockey team battled hard tonight on their way to a second straight shutout loss. Playing only their second game of the season, the Raiders were light years ahead of the effort put forth last week against a team in Gordon College that was on its fifth outing of the year.
