Coach Gaudreau has been the Head Coach for both the Field Hockey and Women's Lacrosse programs since the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year.

She is a graduate of Saint Anselm College where she became the All-Time leading scorer in Field Hockey. In her two seasons at Saint Anselm, Gaudreau was named captain of the field hockey team along with being named to the NE10 All-Conference First Team.

Since graduation, Coach Gaudreau has been involved in the coaching world. She coached field hockey, basketball and lacrosse at St. Bernard's High School from 2003 to 2007 where she led the Field Hockey program to their first district finals game. She returned to Saint Anselm in the fall of 2007 as the Head Field Hockey Coach and Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. During the 2007 Field Hockey season, Coach Gaudreau brought the program to their first ever appearance in the NE10 playoffs and advanced to the semi-finals. In the fall of 2009, she was promoted to Head Coach of the Women's Lacrosse program at Saint Anselm and helped guide her players to national recognition.

A 2010 inductee of the St. Bernard's High School Hall of Fame, Coach Gaudreau resides in Goffstown, NH with her husband Steve, who is also the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Saint Anselm, and her two sons, Paul and Brian.

Coach Maruszewski joined the Raider staff in the spring of 2010 after finishing an outstanding collegiate playing career at Saint Anselm College.

While at Saint Anselm, Coach Maruszewski was a four year member of the Field Hockey team and was named team captain in her senior year. She led the NE10 in 2007 for defensive saves and was selected to play in the Division II North/South All-Star Game in 2008, her senior season.

After graduating from Saint Anselm in the spring of 2009, Coach Maruszewski joined the coaching staff at Worcester State University the following fall where she worked exclusively with the defense and goalkeepers.

She is now an assistant coach for both the Field Hockey and Women's Lacrosse programs here at Rivier as well as working inside the Early Childhood Center on campus.
