(Boston, MA) Three Rivier University Men's Lacrosse players - Kyle Graham, Clark Plummer, and Sean Given - have been recognized by the GNAC Conference for their exploits on the field in last week's games.  In an interesting side note, all three players hail from Londonderry, NH.  The Raiders were recognized with the following awards in their sweep of the weekly GNAC accolades:
Player of the Week
Kyle Graham (Londonderry, N.H.), Sophomore, Midfielder, Rivier University
Graham netted four goals and handed out four assists from his midfield position in two non-conference games this week which saw the Rivier University Raiders go 1-1. The sophomore midfielders three goal and two assist performance on Saturday against Nichols showed true grit and included two assists in the final 5:26 of the fourth quarter which helped the Raiders claw back from an 8-12 deficit to tie the game at 12 and force overtime.
Goalie of the Week
Clark Plummer (Londonderry, N.H.), Sophomore, Goalie, Rivier University
Plummer accumulated 43 saves in a 1-1 week for the Rivier University Raiders while maintaining a save percentage of 71.7% and holding his goals against average down in single digits to 8.49% for the week. Plummer baffled Nichols College shooters with an amazing 32 save afternoon on Saturday in another non-conference contest, unfortunately the Raiders came up short in the OT loss.
