Brian Joaquim had a wonderful showing in the NEISL All-Star game held Sunday November 28th at Soldiers Soccer Stadium on the campus of Harvard University. Brian started the game as a striker and almost immediately showed his worth.

Nashua, NH - After a tightly played first half, the Lions from Emerson College scored 3 second half goals to defeat the Raiders by a final of 4-0. Emerson's Mike Giles (Wakefield, RI) scored two goals in the second half whiel Kevin Peters (Nanuet, NY) had the game winning first goal at the halfwway point in the first half.

Nashua, NH - The St. Joseph's College Monks put the pedal to the metal all day on their way to a 6-1 GNAC victory over the Raiders of Rivier College. The win improves the Monks to 5-4-1 overall and 2-1-1 in GNAC Play while the Raiders fall to 1-9 and 0-4 in the GNAC.

Raiders Are Thinking Pink For A Cure
Nashua, NH - October is breast cancer awareness month and the Rivier College Raider are doing their part to help the cause. Throughout the month each Raider team, men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball and field hockey, will be hosting a think pink event to help raise money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the largest breast cancer research organization in the country.

Nashua, NH – Rivier College grabbed its first win of the season tonight with a 3-2 victory over visiting Newbury College. Rivier’s Chris Nugent (Camberley, United Kingdom) banged home the game winning goal just 10 minutes into the second half after picking up the rebound from teammate Alex Lamparelli’s (Epping, NH) shot that was saved by Newbury’s goal keeper William McNally (Grafton, MA).

Men’s Soccer Looking to Return to GNAC Tournament
The last time we saw the Raider Men’s Soccer squad they were traveling to Standish, ME for a contest against eventual GNAC Champion St. Joseph’s College. The Raiders needed a win or a tie to gain access to the eight team playoff and they did not reach that goal last season.
