Elms Volleyball Swept By Rivier, 3-0
CHICOPEE, Mass. - Elms College freshman outside hitter Stephen Cameron (Newington, Conn.) smashed a team-high 10 kills, but Rivier Colleges senior middle hitter Matt Ferreira (North Providence, R.I.) tallied 11 kills and hit .526 to propel the Raiders to a 3-0 (11-30, 19-30, 17-30) sweep of the Blazers Tuesday night's non-conference men's volleyball match at Picknelly Arena. 2010 NECVA Tournament Field Announced; Rivier Is #1, Again

Seven Raider Volleyball Players Receive 2010 GNAC Honors
The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced the 2010 Mens Volleyball All-Conference teams on Saturday, March 27th and Rivier landed seven of its players onto various all-conference teams. Rivier Captures Third Straight GNAC Championship
Nashua NH Rivier College defeated Emmanuel College 3-0 to win the 2010 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Mens Volleyball Championship. Rivier Sweeps Lasell

No-7 Rivier College (10-1 GNAC; 23-6 overall) defeated Lasell College in three straight sets on Tuesday night to win their 10th GNAC match of the season. Rivier used steady ball control, making just 2 errors on receive, along with a solid block (10) and floor defense (35 digs) to handle the home Lasers.

Lindner Named GNAC Rookie of the Week
Nashua, NH Rivier freshman middle hitter Taylor Lindner (Cheshire, CT) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Mens Volleyball Rookie of the Week for March 1 March 7, 2010. Lindner helped the Raiders to a 4-2 week, including wins over two AVCA top 15 teams. For the week, Lindner amassed 63 total kills and hit for a .382 percentage along with racking up 31 blocks for a 1.35 blocks per game average.

Raiders Finish 2-1 at Western New York Invitational

No-6 Rivier College (22-6 overall; 9-1 GNAC) defeated a pair of top 15 teams to improve their overall record to 22-6 for the year. The Raiders jumped off the 7 hour bus ride to Rochester and took on # 15 Nazareth College on Friday evening in their opening match of the weekend.

Saints Hand Raiders First GNAC Loss, Andreozzi Reaches Milestone

#6 Rivier College (8-1 GNAC; 19-5 overall) was defeated by Emmanuel College 3-1 in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) battle on Tuesday night. In the eight year history between these two programs, this was Emmanuel's first-ever win over Rivier.
