Paul Williams enters his first season as the Head Coach of the Rivier College Women's Basketball Program. For the past four seasons Coach Williams has been on the bench of the Rivier Men's Team as an assistant coach and is now making the move to the Head Coaching position.

Paul's coaching career has taken him through West Running Brook Middle School, where he was the head girls basketball coach for 5 seasons and Somerville High School where he served as an assistant for 1 season as well as coaching with Men's Basketball Head Coach Dave Morrisette for the past four seasons at Rivier.

Paul graduated from Somerville High School in 1997. While in high school he was a three year starter and two year basketball captain. His senior year he received the team's Most Valuable Player award.  Paul graduated from Rivier in 2002 with a major in Elementary and Special Education. He was a four year member of the Rivier Men's Basketball Team. Paul was a two year captain while playing alongside of six 1,000 point scorers. His senior year he received the Jim Domoracki Award. Paul played for Coach Domoracki as a freshman. Paul resides in Derry, NH and works as s special education teacher at East Derry Memorial High Elementary School.

A Nashua native, Coach Aloisi graduated from Nashua High School in 2004. Led Nashua High to three Class L Championships and earned team MVP honors sophomore, junior, and senior year. Was named 2004 Gatorade Player of the Year, Class L player of the Year and New Hampshire Basketball Player of the Year. Attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA on a full division 1 basketball scholarship. Was a four year starting point guard at Holy Cross and helped lead the team to two Patriot League Championships and two NCAA tournament appearances. Named team Captain for the 2007-2008 season. Received the Samantha Vellaccio Award, presented annually to the varsity's women's basketball player who best exemplifies the mission of Holy Cross both on and off the court. Also the recipient of the Mary Lee Award, presented annually to the varsity's women's basketball player who improved herself the most through strength and conditioning. After Holy Cross she played basketball for a stint in Europe.

Laura resides in Nashua and is currently pursuing her master's degree in school counseling at Rivier College. She is excited to have the opportunity to work with the women's basketball team and share her passion for the game with collegiate athletes.
