Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is open to all students and alumni, offering a wide range of equipment and resources to help the Rivier community stay active, healthy, and fit.
The facility is equipped with cardio machines such as treadmills and stationary bikes and a full suite of strength training equipment, including free weights, resistance machines, and squat racks.
Student-athletes utilize the Fitness Center for team lift periods, organized and led by TOP Fitness staff members.
New in 2024, the Fitness Center had surround sound speakers installed to bolster team lifts.
Normal hours of operation during the fall and spring semesters:
Monday: 10:30 am - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm &Â 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:30 am - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Friday: 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
